We were lucky enough a couple of months ago to participate in Lexie Sports fit mob in Harvey Nichols, London. You may have heard us rant and rave about Lexie Sport before over on our Be:Fit post where we first met founder of Lexie, Lily Rice.
British born Lily, 27, began her fashion education at Central Saint Martins before specialising on the only Performance Sportwear Design course in the UK. In 2012, Lexie was born. Lexie's first greatest achievement was when it successfully received investment from Richard Reed of Innocent Smoothies on the hit BBC3 show 'Be your own Boss'. Since then, Lexie has received interest and praise from major fashion editorials, such as Vogue and Elle (to name a few).
We were very excited to meet Lexie at Be:Fit, as we were already fans of her work prior to attending. Then being invited a couple of months after to showcase her work during the fit mob in Harvey Nichols was the icing on the cake. The chance to wear Lexie and work out - sounded like the perfect Saturday afternoon for us!
What we love about Lexie, is that the brand stays true to Lily's British roots. It screams edgy and wears the British flag proud. All fabrics are sourced and manufactured in the UK. From what we have seen so far, we are on edge of our seats to see what Lexie has to showcase next!
