What better way to get those greens in than making a cheeky Sunday smoothie. Spinach is great for boosting energy as it is packed with nutrients such as Vitamin K and Iron. Vitamin K is helpful for blood clotting and building strong bones while Iron aids your red blood cells transport energy around your body. Spinach also promotes good digestion and more importantly fabulous skin complexion - so why not follow this really simple & quick Spinach-based recipe below.
