We will be participating in Nike's We Own the Night 10K on the 10th May. For some of us, this will be a first ever 10K run, so our very first challenge of the month will be... drum roll please...
"To complete Nike's WOTN 10K run with an average time between four of 1hr10mins, or less. We must work as a team to get to the finish line in good time!"
As promised, fourfits will carry out a forfeit chosen by you if we do fail to accomplish this challenge.
